The `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY` environment variable should be set by the `setup-gradle` action. However, it does not seem to work in this repo. Trying to set it explicitly on each step.

Ad the short-lived access key seems to have been fetched, this commit removes the explicit setting of the `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY` environment variable.
Also remove `@Stepwise` and `@DirtiesContext`. The test seems to run successfully without these.
